Some items in our store may be offered as pre-orders. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for these purchases.

Pre-orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are purchasing a product that is not yet in stock but will be manufactured and shipped at a later date.

Full payment is required at the time of purchase for all pre-orders.

You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before the order has been fulfilled or shipped.

Once a pre-order has been fulfilled or shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled. However, you may be eligible for a return or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.

Estimated shipping dates are provided for guidance only and may change due to production or logistics delays.
