zwilky ships orders from Australia and, where applicable, directly from our manufacturing partners. We currently offer shipping to Australia and selected international destinations.
Please note that some products may be sold as pre-orders or made-to-order items, which affects dispatch times.
Processing & Dispatch Times

In-stock items: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Pre-order or made-to-order items: Processing times will be stated clearly on the product page. These items are produced after an order is placed and may take several weeks before dispatch.
Processing times are estimates only and may be affected by production schedules, supplier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier delays, peak periods, or international logistics issues.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and vary depending on destination, order size, and shipping method selected.
Any promotional or free shipping offers will be clearly stated at checkout.
Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or VAT, which are determined by the destination country.

Order Tracking

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

While we will do our best to assist, zwilky is not responsible for delays outside our control, including courier delays or customs processing times.
